Common FAQs information
Digital Listings
A: Add the Canva template listing to your cart and complete checkout. After payment, you will be taken to a download page with a PDF that includes a link to the Canva design so you can start editing immediately with a free Canva account.
A: Find the product (such as the Beginner’s Introduction to Accounting Principles package) on Jadesales.shop, add it to your cart, and complete the secure checkout. You will then receive a download link to a zip file containing all included PDF worksheets and answer sheets.
A: Locate the spreadsheet product (for example, the MASTER Debt Dashboard) on Jadesales.shop, add it to your cart, and check out. After purchase, you will be directed to a page where you can download a zip file containing the Excel file.
A: Once your order is complete, your digital files will be available on the confirmation/download page and in your My Account area. You can re-download your files from there if needed.
A: No. All digital listings are delivered electronically through instant download or your My Account page. No physical item will be mailed.
A: Digital listings are non‑returnable and non‑refundable. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.
FAQs Listing Types
A: Digital listings are files you download (such as Canva templates, PDFs, and spreadsheets) and do not ship. Physical listings are tangible items that are processed, packed, and shipped to your address.
A: Each product page clearly indicates whether the item is a digital download or a physical product. Digital items will mention instant download or files, while physical items include processing and shipping details.
Shipping (physical items only)
A: Physical orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on Saturday are processed the following day.
A: Shipping time depends on the method you select at checkout. Estimated delivery windows will be shown when you choose your shipping option.
A: Jade Sales ships to all U.S. states except Alaska, California, the District of Columbia, Hawaii, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington State.
A: After your order ships, tracking details are sent to you (for trackable methods) and may also be available in your My Account section.
Returns and refunds (physical items)
A: Physical items can be returned within 15 days from the date you receive your order, except for products in the Health and Wellness department, which are not eligible for returns.
A: Go to My Account, select the order or specific item you want to return, and complete the refund/return form with the requested information. If your return is approved and the item is received back, your refund will be processed.
A: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on standard returns.
A: If your product arrives damaged, contact us with a clear photo and a brief written description of the condition. After review, we will either refund your order or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
